- Why do cards get jammed during shuffling? How to solve it?
- Card jamming is usually caused by warped, bent, damaged or oversized cards, or uneven placement. Please turn off the power first, take out the deformed cards, clean the internal card slot and dust, rearrange the flat and complete cards, and restart the machine. Avoid overloading cards.
- The shuffler cannot power on or does not work after startup?
- Please check whether the power adapter is tightly connected or replace a qualified power supply. For battery models, please replace new batteries. If the machine still fails to work after troubleshooting, contact our customer service for after-sales support.
- Why are cards ejected unevenly or missing after shuffling?
- It is caused by residual dust in the card slot, sensor dust coverage or irregular cards. Please clean the internal induction sensor and card slot with a soft brush, and use flat and undamaged standard cards to ensure normal operation.
- What is the warranty policy for the shuffler machine?
- We provide 6-month factory warranty for all automatic shufflers. The warranty covers non-human damage such as motor failure, sensor failure, gear stuck and circuit failure. Artificial damage, water ingress, private disassembly and modified damage are not covered.
